Price & payment structure
Prices will be announced after approval. The payment rules are the same on every project:
- Booking and down payment — fixed in the agreement, via bank channel only.
- Instalments — linked to construction milestones (progress first, then instalment).
- Extra costs declared in advance — in Dhaka, registration, stamp duty, VAT and other charges usually add roughly 8–10% on top of the price. No hidden costs with us.
Floor plans & brochure
After announcement, floor plans and a PDF brochure will be available here as a free download for everyone — never locked behind a phone number.
Construction progress
Preparation stage
Location selection and approval work are in progress. Once construction starts, a dated photo timeline will run here — updated at least once a month.

Booking opens only after approval is complete — we take no money before that.
REHAB membership: not yet — when obtained, it will be announced here with the membership number.

Can I book now?
No. We take no bookings before approval is complete. Register interest and you will be informed on announcement day.
What will the price be?
Prices will be announced once location and sizes are final. We do not quote speculative prices.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes — with bank-channel payment and Power of Attorney through the embassy. Read the NRB guide.
