Once you approve the design, an itemised detailed budget — what costs what, in writing, in advance.
3. Agreement
Timeline, payment stages and material standards — all clear in the agreement.
4. Construction & reports
Staged payments tied to progress, with regular photo reports.
5. Handover
Keys handed over after the final account is reconciled — no surprise bills.
